Send us the whole list, not one item at a time

Most trade orders arrive as a list: a tender schedule, a BOQ for a new kitchen, a hotel's annual restocking sheet or a reseller's order for a client. You can attach that file directly in our enquiry window. We then:

• check every line against the stock held in our Sharjah warehouse;
• tell you which lines are in stock now, which we source for you, and the lead time for each;
• flag any line where the size, material or colour differs from what you asked for, and propose the closest match, so nothing changes without your agreement;
• bring everything together into one delivery, or several if your sites or your schedule need it.

If your list names a brand or a model number, keep it in. Where we carry the brand you will get it; where we do not, we say so and show you an equivalent beside it.

Can I send a list in Excel or PDF?

Yes. Open our enquiry window, choose Bulk / Wholesale and attach the file. PDF, Excel, Word and photos are all accepted. You can also send it on WhatsApp or by email to [email protected].

Do you supply other trading companies and resellers?

Yes. Several of our regular customers are trading companies that resell to hotels, restaurants and offices. Tell us which lines you buy regularly so we can plan stock for them.

Can you work from a tender or procurement schedule?

Yes. Send the schedule as it is, with the item descriptions, quantities and any brand or specification your client requires. We answer line by line and mark every line that is not an exact match.

Can one order be delivered to several sites?

Tell us the sites when you send your list and we plan the deliveries with you.

Do you only sell in bulk?

No. We supply businesses of every size, from a single café to a hotel group, and the website shows the full range.
