Delivery and Takeaway Packaging Supplier for Cloud Kitchens in the UAE
A cloud kitchen has one problem that a restaurant does not: the food has to survive a courier, a stairwell, a car seat and thirty minutes in a plastic bag. Packaging that works perfectly on a counter fails the first time a delivery driver puts a flat box under a hot box. Bait Al Diafa supplies delivery and takeaway packaging to cloud kitchens, delivery brands, dark kitchens and quick-service restaurants across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE, from our warehouse in Al Sharq, Sharjah.
Send us your current packaging and the dishes that come back damaged, and we will work out what is actually failing. Send us your packaging list.
What we supply
- Leak-resistant food boxes and containers for sauces, gravies, curries and anything with liquid in it. See takeaway containers.
- Soup and hot-food cups with vented lids, which let steam out instead of softening the lid and dripping down the bag. See cups and lids.
- Aluminium foil containers and lidded trays, which hold heat well and stack. See aluminium foil containers.
- Kraft and paper food boxes, including boxes sized for sandwiches, wraps, burgers and combination meals. See bakery packaging for the cake and pastry lines.
- Cold cups, dome lids and ice-safe drinks packaging for juices, iced coffee and soft drinks.
- Cutlery, straws and stirrers — wooden cutlery and paper straws, in sleeves. See disposable cutlery and straws, stirrers and picks.
- Napkins, foodservice tissue and wipes that go in every bag. See napkins and placemats.
- Carrier and paper bags, sized to the order and to the bags your couriers carry. See paper and plastic bags.
- Insulated bags and liners for hot and cold runs where the packaging alone is not enough.
- Custom-printed packaging so the unboxing is branded. See custom-printed disposables.
- Gloves, aprons and hairnets for the kitchen side. See gloves, aprons and hairnets.
The packaging questions worth answering before you order
- What actually fails in transit? A lid that lifts, a corner that folds, a soup that finds the bag seam, an ice drink that arrives warm. Name the dish, not the packaging, and the specification usually becomes obvious.
- Can the boxes stack? A courier bag with a soup on top of a flat box is the most common failure. If your main items cannot stack, you need a separator, a taller box, or a different bag.
- How hot does the food leave you? Packaging has to hold temperature for the length of the run, and a thin paper box is fine for a salad and wrong for a stew.
- Do lids vent? A sealed lid on a hot item builds steam, softens and then lifts. Vented lids on hot cups and vented boxes for hot food are the fix.
- Does the bag fit the delivery? Bag size is decided by the courier, not the kitchen. Measure what your drivers actually carry and size the bags to that.
- Is it compliant? From 1 January 2026 single-use plastic cups and lids, cutlery, plates, straws, stirrers and Styrofoam food containers cannot be traded in the UAE. See our guide to the single-use plastic rules.
- Do the sizes stay the same next month? Keeping one specification means your lid and bag stock stays consistent. Changing spec every few months is what breaks a packaging cupboard.
Running packaging as a repeat order
Cloud kitchens and delivery brands buy packaging constantly, usually in cycles matched to orders rather than to a stock count. Tell us roughly how many orders you run a week and which items go out in each, and we can plan a regular delivery that arrives before you are short — from our warehouse in Sharjah into Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE. For the wider disposables range, see disposable food packaging suppliers; for cups and lids specifically, see our disposable cups page.
Hot and cold in one order
A delivery order with a hot main and a cold drink needs two different answers, usually two different bags or two compartments. Send us an example order as it goes out the door and we will tell you what is mismatched about it. That single photograph is usually worth more than the whole specification sheet.

Frequently asked questions
Where can I buy delivery packaging for a cloud kitchen in Dubai?
Bait Al Diafa supplies takeaway and delivery packaging from its warehouse in Al Sharq, Sharjah, with delivery to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and all seven emirates. The range covers leak-resistant boxes, soup cups with vented lids, aluminium containers, kraft boxes, cutlery, straws, napkins, bags and printed packaging.
What packaging is best for food delivery?
It depends on the dish. Liquids need leak-resistant boxes or foil containers, hot soups need cups or boxes with vented lids, cold drinks need ice-safe cups with dome lids, and everything stacked in one bag needs a separator or a box that will not fold.
Are single-use plastic boxes allowed for food delivery in the UAE?
Styrofoam food containers and boxes are among the products whose import, manufacture and trade is prohibited in the UAE from 1 January 2026, alongside plastic cups and lids, cutlery, plates, straws and stirrers. Paper, kraft, aluminium, wood and reusable options are the usual replacements. See our guide to the rules.
Can I get my logo printed on delivery packaging?
Yes. Cups, food boxes, napkins and carrier bags can all be supplied custom-printed with your own artwork. See custom-printed disposables.
Do you supply packaging in regular repeat deliveries?
Yes. Tell us roughly how many orders you run a week and which items go out in each, and we will plan regular deliveries from Sharjah so packaging arrives before you run short.
Do you deliver packaging to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah?
Yes, to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Dubai and the rest of the UAE. Trade buyers can also inspect packaging at our warehouse in Al Sharq, Sharjah, Monday to Saturday.
Send us your packaging list
