The scope
What a complete café setup covers
Take all of it, or only the parts you need. Most customers start with equipment and supplies, then keep us for consumables.
Interior design and layout
We plan the look and the layout together: where the counter goes, how customers move from the door to the till to pick-up, the seating, the lighting and the back-of-house, so the room works on a busy morning.
Counters, joinery and finishes
We handle the fit-out: counters, back-bar, shelving, joinery and finishes, built around the machines you are buying, with power, water and drainage points planned for each one.
Coffee, kitchen, refrigeration
Espresso machines, grinders, brewers, water filtration, blenders, ice machines, ovens, under-counter fridges and display chillers, sized to your menu and expected customers.
Furniture, lighting and signage
Tables, chairs, bar stools, outdoor seating, lighting and the sign above the door, chosen to match the interior and built for daily commercial use.
POS, cash register and CCTV
A POS system with cash register and receipt printer, set up with your menu, and CCTV covering the counter, the till and the entrance.
Tableware, packaging, restocking
Cups, crockery, glassware, smallwares, takeaway packaging with your logo and cleaning supplies, then the consumables on a regular delivery once you open.

How it works
From first message to opening day
You don't need a finished equipment list. Send a menu, a floor plan, an old list, or just the concept — we build the requirement around what you're actually opening.
Tell us the concept
A menu, a floor plan, an old equipment list — or just the idea and the location.
We build the list
We turn it into a requirement list scaled to your covers and your menu.
Review and confirm
We review suitable options with you and confirm the equipment list against your menu, expected covers and space.
Supply
Stocked items ship quickly; specified equipment we flag early for lead time.
Coordinate setup
Fit-out and deliveries sequenced so the room is ready when the equipment lands.
Restock after you open
Disposables, cleaning supplies and replacements on a regular delivery.
Timeline
How long a café setup takes
A small café typically takes about two to four months from concept to opening. These are typical durations, not promises: the unit, approvals and equipment lead times decide yours. Step by step: how to open a café in Dubai.
-
Concept, menu and layout
About 1 to 2 weeksWe agree the concept, the menu and the layout, and build the first requirement list.
-
Interior design
About 2 to 4 weeksDesign, finishes and furniture are signed off, along with any landlord approvals your unit needs.
-
Fit-out
About 4 to 8 weeksCounters, joinery, lighting and signage are built. Long-lead equipment is ordered at the start so it is not what delays you.
-
Equipment and supplies
Final 1 to 2 weeksEquipment is delivered and installed, the POS and CCTV are set up, and the opening stock arrives.
-
Trial run and opening
About 1 weekStaff practise on the real equipment, then you open. We restock you from the first week.
We supply it, not just specify it

Browse Cleaning and janitorial →Why it helps
Why café owners run it through one team
One coordinated requirement list
Splitting a setup across an equipment dealer, a packaging supplier, a cleaning company and a branding agency means four lead times and four people to chase when something slips.
Fewer compatibility mistakes
The gastronorm pans match the refrigeration. The cups match the lids. The counter is built for the machine you are buying.
Equipment and consumables together
We specify equipment we will still be serving you consumables for in two years, so it is not in our interest to sell you the wrong thing.
Supply continues after opening
The same account and the same delivery keeps you stocked once you are trading — not a handover and goodbye.

You don't need the equipment list to start
Most people who message us have a concept and a location, not a specification. That's enough. Send us any of these and we'll build the requirement around it:
- Your menu, even a draft
- A floor plan or the unit size
- An equipment list from a designer or consultant
- Photos of an existing venue you are upgrading
- Just the concept and the emirate

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you handle a complete café setup, including interior design and fit-out?
Yes. We handle the whole café from concept to opening day: interior design, fit-out, furniture and signage, coffee and kitchen equipment, POS and cash register, CCTV, tableware, packaging and cleaning supplies. You can also use us for one part: plenty of customers already have a designer and come to us for equipment and supplies.
Can you set up the POS system, cash register and CCTV?
Yes, they are part of a complete setup. We set up the POS with your menu, with a cash register and receipt printer, and install CCTV covering the counter, the till and the entrance.
How long does it take to set up a café in Dubai?
A small café typically takes about two to four months from concept to opening: a few weeks for concept and design, four to eight weeks of fit-out, then equipment, systems and a trial week. The unit, approvals and equipment lead times decide your exact timeline, so we order long-lead items first.
What equipment does a new café need?
Most cafés need an espresso machine and grinders, water filtration, under-counter fridges, a display chiller, an ice machine, a blender, an oven or panini grill, a sink and dishwasher, plus barista tools, tableware, takeaway packaging and cleaning supplies. The checklist on this page lists it station by station; your menu decides the exact list.
What do you need from me to start?
Whatever you have: the concept, the location or unit size, a draft menu and your target opening date. A floor plan or an existing equipment list helps, but it is not required.
What size of café do you work with?
Any size, from a single-counter coffee bar or kiosk to a café-restaurant or a multi-branch rollout. The process is the same; the list is not.
Can I send you my menu?
Yes, and it is the most useful thing you can send. The menu decides the cooking line, the refrigeration and most of the smallwares.
Can I send a floor plan?
Yes. A plan or even the unit size lets us size the counter, the back-of-house and the refrigeration properly.
Can I send an existing equipment list?
Yes. If a designer or consultant has given you a list, we can review it and flag items that appear over- or under-specified for your menu and venue.
Which emirates do you cover?
Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and across the wider UAE.
Can you supply branded packaging with our logo?
Yes — custom-printed cups, food boxes, napkins and carrier bags. If you do not have a logo yet, we can create one.
Do you restock after opening?
Yes, and most customers do: disposables, cleaning supplies, charcoal and replacement smallwares on a regular delivery.
