Custom-Printed Disposables and Branded Packaging Supplier in the UAE
A printed cup is the first thing a customer sees all day, and the first thing they notice about a new venue. Bait Al Diafa supplies custom-printed disposables for UAE restaurants, cafés, bakeries, cloud kitchens, hotels and caterers: cups and lids, food boxes, napkins and carrier bags carrying your own logo or artwork. Orders run from a launch range for one site to a standing print programme across several branches, produced from the same specification each time so the brand does not drift between deliveries.
Send us your artwork and your sizes and quantities, and we will confirm what can be printed, on what material, and in what lead time. Send your packaging list or attach your artwork file straight to the enquiry.
What we print
- Cups and lids — printed hot drink cups, cold drink cups and soup cups. See disposable cups and lids.
- Food boxes and takeaway containers — kraft and paper boxes, and aluminium containers with printed sleeves. See takeaway containers and aluminium foil containers.
- Napkins and foodservice tissue, including printed napkins for the table and for the bag. See napkins.
- Carrier and paper bags — flat, gusseted and takeaway bags in the sizes used for delivery orders. See paper and plastic bags.
- Bakery packaging — cake boxes, bags and window boxes. See bakery packaging.
- Cutlery sleeves and stickers that carry the brand onto items we do not print directly, such as wooden cutlery and paper straws.
- Hotel and catering serviceware printing, including menu covers and table service pieces where a venue wants its identity on the table. See menu holders and covers.
How a print order runs
- Send the artwork. Vector files are the cleanest starting point — an EPS, AI, PDF or high-resolution image with fonts converted to outlines. A photograph works too, but it needs to be large enough for the print area.
- Tell us the specification: which items, which sizes, how many, how many colours, and how you want them packed — by box, by size or by branch.
- We check what is printable. Some materials and some print areas take ink differently, and some items are only available unprinted in the volume you need. We tell you which lines can carry artwork and which cannot, rather than sending something that does not match your brand.
- We confirm the specification in writing, so the repeat order is the same order. Keep that file: it is what makes your second and third runs consistent.
- We print, check and deliver into Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE, or you collect from our Al Sharq warehouse in Sharjah.
Printing that survives the product
- Position matters. A logo printed where the customer holds the cup is a logo nobody sees. Tell us whether the item is served in a holder, under a sleeve, or in a bag.
- One or two colours hold detail better than a dense full-colour block on a small item, and they read more clearly on a kraft background.
- Hot drinks need a hot-food-rated print so the ink does not lift or blur. Tell us if a cup carries hot liquid.
- Food contact surfaces matter. We only put print where it belongs — the outside of a cup, the lid, the box side — and never on a surface the food touches.
- Run consistency. Keep one approved artwork file per item so a later order is a repeat, not a redesign.
Where printed packaging has to comply
From 1 January 2026 the UAE prohibits the import, manufacture and trade of single-use plastic cups and lids, cutlery, plates, straws, stirrers and Styrofoam food containers. If you are launching a venue, plan the printed range around paper, fibre, aluminium, wood and reusable options from the start rather than reprinting later. Our guide to the single-use plastic rules covers what is banned, what is exempt and what replaces it.
Opening a venue and want the packaging matched to the brand?
Printed packaging is part of the wider café setup and restaurant setup service, where one team handles fit-out, equipment, tableware, disposables, cleaning supplies, signage and the website. For an established business buying printed disposables on their own, this page covers it.
Frequently asked questions
Where can I get cups printed with my logo in the UAE?
Bait Al Diafa supplies custom-printed disposables — cups and lids, food boxes, napkins and carrier bags — from Sharjah, delivering to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and all seven emirates. Send your artwork, sizes and quantities and we will confirm what can be printed.
What file format do you need for printed packaging artwork?
A vector file such as EPS, AI or PDF with fonts converted to outlines is best, because it scales to every size without going soft. A high-resolution image can also be printed if it is large enough for the print area.
Can you print takeaway boxes and napkins with our logo?
Yes. Kraft and paper food boxes, aluminium containers with printed sleeves, and printed napkins are all part of the custom-printed range.
Can I order printed disposables for several restaurant branches?
Yes, and it is the normal way to run it. Give us one approved specification per item and we can repeat it across branches, packed by site if that is easier for your team to distribute.
How long does a printed packaging order take?
It depends on the item, the print method and the quantity. Tell us what you need and by when, and we will confirm what can be produced and delivered in that timeframe before anything is committed.
Do you deliver printed packaging outside Sharjah?
Yes. We deliver to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the other emirates, and trade buyers can also collect from our warehouse at 23, 53 Street, Al Naba'a, Al Sharq, Sharjah, Monday to Saturday.
