Housekeeping and Cleaning Chemicals Supplier for UAE Hotels and Restaurants

Housekeeping is the one department that runs out of everything. Mop heads wear out, cloths go thin, bins overflow, dispensers run dry, and the chemicals get used at the wrong dilution because nobody wrote the doses down. Bait Al Diafa supplies housekeeping, janitorial and cleaning supplies to hotels, restaurants, cafés, hospitals, schools, offices and facility management companies across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE, from our warehouse in Al Sharq, Sharjah.

If your team already orders on a list, send us that list as a PDF, Excel file or photo. If they do not have one yet, this page is the place to build it.

What we supply

Running a housekeeping room that does not run out

Most housekeeping supply problems are not supply problems. They are stock-control problems, and they are fixed the same way:

  1. Work out a par level per area, not per order. A washroom, a dining room and a kitchen do not consume the same items in the same proportion. Count what is in the cupboard, count what a week actually uses, and set the level that covers it.
  2. Fix one specification per item. The mop handle, the frame, the head and the bucket have to match, or half the stock sits unused. If your team has three handle lengths, choose one and standardise.
  3. Set the colour system and label the shelf. Every cloth, mop and bucket in a colour that matches its area, with the colour written on the shelf it lives on. Our colour-coded cleaning guide covers the four-colour scheme most UAE kitchens and hotels use and how to set it up.
  4. Write the dilutions down. A chart by chemical, with the dose for a general clean, a deep clean and a sanitising clean, taped to the wall of the cleaning cupboard. Overdosing wastes chemical and damages surfaces; underdosing means cleaning twice.
  5. Launder and rotate. Microfibre lasts many cycles if it is washed by colour and without fabric softener, which clogs the fibres. Replace cloths and mop heads before they stop performing, not after staff complain.
  6. Order against a calendar, not a crisis. Tell us your rhythm — weekly for a single site, monthly across a group — and we plan the drops so nothing runs out mid-shift.

Hotels, facilities and multi-site contracts

Hotel groups, facility management companies and catering contractors run the same specification across several properties, and they buy it in volume. We supply from one warehouse to several sites, packed for your distribution if that helps, and against a fixed list so a new housekeeper at a new property has the same cupboard to walk into. See our wholesale and trade supply service, and the janitorial supplies checklist if you are building a list for the first time.

Food businesses and hygiene inspections

Restaurants, cafés and caterers are inspected on whether cleaning prevents cross-contamination, and a clear colour-coded system with labelled chemicals is one of the simplest things to show. We supply the colour-coded cloths, mops, buckets, gloves and chemicals that system needs, from the same order as your other consumables.

Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi

Our warehouse and showroom are at 23, 53 Street, Al Naba'a, Al Sharq, Sharjah, open Monday to Saturday, 8:00–13:00 and 15:00–20:00. Trade buyers can inspect goods in person before ordering, and we deliver into Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the other emirates, with delivery included on bulk orders of stocked items. Every order comes with a tax invoice showing VAT.

Frequently asked questions

Who supplies janitorial and cleaning supplies in Dubai?

Bait Al Diafa supplies janitorial, housekeeping and cleaning supplies from its warehouse in Al Sharq, Sharjah, delivering to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and all seven emirates. The range covers mops, microfibre cloths, buckets, cleaning chemicals, washroom supplies, bins, liners, trolleys, PPE and floor-care equipment.

Where can hotels buy housekeeping supplies in the UAE?

From a HORECA supplier with stock in Sharjah and delivery across all seven emirates. We supply hotels, facility management companies and caterers against fixed lists, including tissue, paper towels, dispensers, washroom consumables, floor care and PPE. See janitorial supplies.

How much cleaning chemical should I use per bucket?

It depends on the chemical and on what you are cleaning, which is why the answer belongs on a chart on your wall. Ask us for the dosing on the specific products you buy and we will set out how to use each one — an over-dosed floor and an under-dosed sanitiser are both a cost to the business.

Which colour cleaning cloths do I need?

In the common four-colour scheme: red for toilets and washroom floors, yellow for other washroom surfaces, blue for general areas such as dining rooms and offices, and green for food and bar areas. Our colour-coded cleaning guide has the full table and how to set the system up.

Do you supply cleaning supplies to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah?

Yes. We deliver to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Dubai and the rest of the UAE, and you can also collect from or inspect at our warehouse in Al Sharq, Sharjah, Monday to Saturday.

Can one supplier cover housekeeping, disposables and kitchen supplies?

Yes. Cleaning supplies, disposables, food storage and smallwares come from the same warehouse, which is usually simpler than running three suppliers and three deliveries a month. See our janitorial and cleaning supplies supplier page.
