The scope
What a complete bakery setup covers
Take all of it, or only the parts you need. Most customers start with equipment and supplies, then keep us for consumables.
What you bake, and how much
Bread, viennoiserie, cakes and pastries each need different ovens, mixers and proofing. We start from your product list and daily volume, then size the production line and the shop.
Shop and production layout
A retail counter and display that sells, with production behind it laid out from flour store to mixing, shaping, proofing, baking and cooling.
Ovens, mixers and proofers
Deck, convection and rack ovens, spiral and planetary mixers, dough sheeters and dividers, proofers and retarders, plus refrigeration for doughs, creams and fillings.
Counters and display chillers
Display chillers for cakes and pastries, ambient bread shelving, and the counter, lighting and signage around them.
Bakeware and decorating
Trays, tins, cake rings, silicone mats and moulds, piping bags and nozzles, turntables, scales and thermometers.
Packaging and restocking
Cake boxes, bread bags, pastry boxes and cups printed with your logo, cleaning supplies, then consumables on a regular delivery.

How it works
From first message to opening day
You don't need a finished equipment list. Send a menu, a floor plan, an old list, or just the concept — we build the requirement around what you're actually opening.

Timeline
How long a bakery setup takes
A bakery or pastry shop typically takes about three to five months from concept to opening. These are typical durations, not promises: the unit, approvals and equipment lead times decide yours.

Browse Cleaning and janitorial →Why it helps
Why bakery owners run it through one team
One coordinated requirement list
Splitting a setup across an equipment dealer, a packaging supplier, a cleaning company and a branding agency means four lead times and four people to chase when something slips.
Fewer compatibility mistakes
The gastronorm pans match the refrigeration. The cups match the lids. The counter is built for the machine you are buying.
Equipment and consumables together
We specify equipment we will still be serving you consumables for in two years, so it is not in our interest to sell you the wrong thing.
Supply continues after opening
The same account and the same delivery keeps you stocked once you are trading — not a handover and goodbye.

You don't need the equipment list to start
Most people who message us have a concept and a location, not a specification. That's enough. Send us any of these and we'll build the requirement around it:
- Your menu, even a draft
- A floor plan or the unit size
- An equipment list from a designer or consultant
- Photos of an existing venue you are upgrading
- Just the concept and the emirate

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you set up complete bakeries and pastry shops?
Yes. We handle the interior design and fit-out, ovens, mixers, sheeters and proofers, display chillers, bakeware and decorating tools, POS and CCTV, and bakery packaging with your logo. You can also use us for the equipment or the packaging only.
What equipment does a new bakery need?
Most bakeries need a deck oven for bread and a convection or rack oven for pastry, a spiral and a planetary mixer, a dough sheeter, a proofer, work tables, reach-in fridges and freezers, display chillers, bakeware and decorating tools. What you bake and how much decides the exact list; the checklist on this page lists it area by area.
How long does it take to set up a bakery in Dubai?
Typically about three to five months from concept to opening, most of it design and fit-out. Ovens and mixers can have long lead times, so we order them at the start.
Can you print cake boxes and bags with our logo?
Yes: cake and pastry boxes, bread bags, cups and stickers.
Do you supply Arabic sweets and dessert shops?
Yes. The process is the same; the equipment list follows your products, such as trays and ovens for kunafa and baklava or display chillers for desserts.
Can I send you my menu?
Yes, and it is the most useful thing you can send. The menu decides the cooking line, the refrigeration and most of the smallwares.
Can I send a floor plan?
Yes. A plan or even the unit size lets us size the counter, the back-of-house and the refrigeration properly.
Can I send an existing equipment list?
Yes. If a designer or consultant has given you a list, we can review it and flag items that appear over- or under-specified for your menu and venue.
Which emirates do you cover?
Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and across the wider UAE.
Can you supply branded packaging with our logo?
Yes — custom-printed cups, food boxes, napkins and carrier bags. If you do not have a logo yet, we can create one.
Do you restock after opening?
Yes, and most customers do: disposables, cleaning supplies, charcoal and replacement smallwares on a regular delivery.
