Cloud Kitchen Setup
in Dubai, Sharjah,
Abu Dhabi & the UAE

We set up delivery-only and dark kitchens end to end: kitchen layout and fit-out, cooking line, refrigeration and blast chilling, hot holding, delivery packaging with your brand, POS and CCTV, and the consumables to keep you running.

One kitchen can run several brands. We plan the line, the storage and the packaging around every menu you will cook from it.

The scope

What a cloud kitchen setup covers

Take all of it, or only the parts you need. Most customers start with equipment and supplies, then keep us for consumables.

Plan

Menus, brands and volume

We start with the menus you will cook and the order volume you expect. Several brands from one kitchen share prep and storage; the cooking line is sized for your peak delivery hours, not a dining room.

Design

Production-first layout

Receiving, cold storage, prep, cooking, packing and dispatch in one straight flow, with raw and cooked kept apart, so riders collect without walking into the kitchen.

Equip

Cooking line and cold chain

Fryers, griddles, chargrills, combi ovens, woks, rice cookers and prep machines; reach-in and walk-in refrigeration, freezers and a blast chiller for batch cooking.

Dispatch

Hot holding and packing

Holding cabinets, heat lamps and a packing station with labels, sealers and bag stands, so food leaves hot, sealed and with the right order.

Package

Delivery packaging by brand

Containers that travel well for each dish, with lids, bags, stickers and cutlery, printed with each brand's logo if you want it.

Supply

Consumables on a schedule

Packaging, gloves, labels, cleaning chemicals and food storage replenished on a regular delivery, so you never run out at peak.

How it works

From first message to opening day

You don't need a finished equipment list. Send a menu, a floor plan, an old list, or just the concept — we build the requirement around what you're actually opening.

Tell us the concept

A menu, a floor plan, an old equipment list — or just the idea and the location.

We build the list

We turn it into a requirement list scaled to your covers and your menu.

Review and confirm

We review suitable options with you and confirm the equipment list against your menu, expected covers and space.

Supply

Stocked items ship quickly; specified equipment we flag early for lead time.

Coordinate setup

Fit-out and deliveries sequenced so the room is ready when the equipment lands.

Restock after you open

Disposables, cleaning supplies and replacements on a regular delivery.

Timeline

How long a cloud kitchen setup takes

A cloud kitchen typically takes about two to three months from plan to first order. These are typical durations, not promises: the unit, approvals and equipment lead times decide yours.

  1. Menus, brands and layout

    About 1 to 2 weeks

We agree the menus, the brands and the order volume, and draw the production layout.

  2. Fit-out and kitchen services

    About 4 to 8 weeks

Extraction, gas, power, water, drainage and finishes. Long-lead refrigeration and ovens are ordered at the start.

  3. Equipment and packaging

    Final 1 to 2 weeks

The line and refrigeration are installed, systems are set up and branded packaging arrives.

  4. Test orders and launch

    About 1 week

The team cooks and packs test orders for every brand, then you go live on the delivery apps. We restock you from the first week.

Why it helps

Why cloud kitchen operators run it through one team

One coordinated requirement list

Splitting a setup across an equipment dealer, a packaging supplier, a cleaning company and a branding agency means four lead times and four people to chase when something slips.

Fewer compatibility mistakes

The gastronorm pans match the refrigeration. The cups match the lids. The counter is built for the machine you are buying.

Equipment and consumables together

We specify equipment we will still be serving you consumables for in two years, so it is not in our interest to sell you the wrong thing.

Supply continues after opening

The same account and the same delivery keeps you stocked once you are trading — not a handover and goodbye.

Not sure yet?

You don't need the equipment list to start

Most people who message us have a concept and a location, not a specification. That's enough. Send us any of these and we'll build the requirement around it:

  • Your menu, even a draft
  • A floor plan or the unit size
  • An equipment list from a designer or consultant
  • Photos of an existing venue you are upgrading
  • Just the concept and the emirate

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you set up complete cloud kitchens?

Yes. We handle the layout, fit-out, cooking line, refrigeration, hot holding and dispatch area, branded delivery packaging, POS and CCTV, and the consumables after launch. You can also use us for the equipment or the packaging only.

Can one cloud kitchen run several brands?

Yes, and most do. We plan shared prep and storage, a cooking line that covers every menu, and separate packaging and labels for each brand so orders do not get mixed up at dispatch.

What equipment does a cloud kitchen need?

Usually fryers, a griddle or chargrill, a combi or convection oven, burners or a wok range, prep tables and sinks, reach-in fridges and freezers, refrigerated prep tables, a blast chiller, holding cabinets, a packing table, GN containers and labels. Your menus decide the exact list; the checklist on this page lists it area by area.

How long does a cloud kitchen setup take in Dubai?

Typically about two to three months from plan to first order, mostly the fit-out and kitchen services. A unit that already has extraction and drainage can be much faster.

Can you print our delivery packaging with our logo?

Yes: containers, cups, bags, stickers and napkins, for each of your brands.

Can I send you my menu?

Yes, and it is the most useful thing you can send. The menu decides the cooking line, the refrigeration and most of the smallwares.

Can I send a floor plan?

Yes. A plan or even the unit size lets us size the counter, the back-of-house and the refrigeration properly.

Can I send an existing equipment list?

Yes. If a designer or consultant has given you a list, we can review it and flag items that appear over- or under-specified for your menu and venue.

Which emirates do you cover?

Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and across the wider UAE.

Can you supply branded packaging with our logo?

Yes — custom-printed cups, food boxes, napkins and carrier bags. If you do not have a logo yet, we can create one.

Do you restock after opening?

Yes, and most customers do: disposables, cleaning supplies, charcoal and replacement smallwares on a regular delivery.
