Disposable Cups Supplier in the UAE: Paper Cups, Lids and Carriers
Disposable cups are one of the fastest-moving lines in any food business, and one of the easiest to get wrong: a lid that does not match the rim, a single-wall cup asked to carry a boiling drink, or a printed run that lands after the new menu launches. Bait Al Diafa supplies disposable cups, lids and the rest of the service disposables from our warehouse in Al Sharq, Sharjah, and delivers to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE. Cafés, restaurants, bakeries, cloud kitchens, hotels and caterers buy from the same range, in business quantities and on repeat delivery.
Already know the sizes you need? Send us your disposables list as a PDF, an Excel file or a photo of it, and we will match every line, flag anything where the lid or size does not line up, and tell you what we can deliver from stock.
What we supply
- Paper cups for hot drinks, single-wall and double-wall, in the sizes used across UAE cafés. See disposable cups and lids.
- Cold drink cups and their dome and flat lids for juices, water, iced coffee and soft drinks.
- Soup and hot-food cups with matching vented lids, for soups, sauces, curries and porridge that have to survive a delivery run.
- Lids and closures: flat paper lids, sip-through lids, dome lids for cold drinks and vented lids for hot cups. A lid has to match the rim and the cup material, so we check the pairing rather than assuming it.
- Cup sleeves, carriers and holders, plus napkins and foodservice wipers to go in the bag.
- Paper straws and wooden stirrers. See straws, stirrers and picks.
- Custom-printed cups carrying your own logo or artwork. See custom-printed disposables.
- Reusable cups and glassware for dine-in service, where a venue is moving away from single-use entirely. See cups, mugs and saucers.
Cup sizes, and how to order the right ones
Cups are named by capacity, so the useful exercise is to write down what you actually serve. The sizes most UAE cafés and food outlets work with are:
| Typical size | What it is normally used for | What to get right |
|---|---|---|
| 4 oz / small | Espresso, Arabic coffee, Turkish tea, small hot chocolate | Short lid; a sleeve if the cup is single-wall |
| 8 oz / regular | Filter coffee, Americano, tea, small iced drinks | The lid size most worth holding in reserve, because it turns up in several menu lines |
| 12 oz / large | Lattes and larger hot drinks, iced coffee | Double-wall for hot service; single-wall is fine cold |
| 16 oz / extra large | Frappés, shakes, large iced drinks | A dome lid for cold drinks, and a straw that fits it |
| Soup and hot-food cups | Soups, sauces, porridge, hot desserts | A vented lid, and a test with a full hot fill — paper behaves differently at volume |
Send us the sizes on your menu and we confirm which of them we hold, rather than asking you to work out our range from a catalogue. If a size you need is not the one we carry, we say so and show you the nearest alternative next to it.
What we check before a cup line goes out
- Rim and lid match. The most common failure in a disposable order is a lid that sits on the right cup diameter but not the right rim profile. We pair them before they leave us.
- Hot service means double-wall or a sleeve. A single-wall cup and lid is the right answer for an iced drink and the wrong one for a flat white.
- Print that survives the drink. If a cup is going into a holder or under a sleeve, tell us where the logo sits so it is not printed where the hand covers it.
- Consistency across runs. If you take repeat deliveries, staying on one cup specification means your lid stock stays consistent too. Changing spec mid-year is what breaks a lid shelf.
- Compliance. Single-use plastic beverage cups and lids cannot be traded in the UAE from 1 January 2026. Our guide to the single-use plastic rules lists what is covered and what is exempt, and the packaging that replaces it.
Ordering cups on repeat
Most of the businesses we supply do not buy cups once. Cafés and quick-service kitchens take them weekly, restaurants take them alongside their takeaway packaging, and hotels and caterers take them with their housekeeping and beverage orders. Tell us your rhythm and how your deliveries usually land, and we plan the drops around your service times rather than your inbox.
For anything beyond cups — food boxes, napkins, cutlery, carrier bags, gloves and aprons — the same list goes in one message. See disposable food packaging suppliers for the full packaging range, and delivery packaging for cloud kitchens if your packaging is built around courier delivery.

Frequently asked questions
Where can I buy disposable cups in bulk in the UAE?
Bait Al Diafa supplies disposable cups and lids from its warehouse in Al Sharq, Sharjah, and delivers to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and all seven emirates. Send your sizes and quantities as a list and we will confirm what we hold in stock.
Who supplies paper cups in Dubai for a café?
Several suppliers serve Dubai. We are a Sharjah-based HORECA supplier with stock on the shelf, delivery into Dubai and the rest of the UAE, and the ability to match a printed run to your artwork. Search by supplier, not by city alone, and check that your supplier can hold your lid sizes alongside the cups.
What size cups do I need for a coffee menu?
Most UAE café menus run on four sizes: a small for espresso and tea, a regular for filter coffee and Americano, a large for lattes and iced coffee, and an extra large for frappés and shakes. Send us your actual menu lines and we will size them with you.
Can you supply cups with my logo printed on them?
Yes. Printed cups are part of our custom-printed range along with food boxes, napkins and carrier bags. Send your artwork and tell us the sizes, quantities and colours you need. See custom-printed disposables.
Are plastic cups allowed in the UAE in 2026?
No. From 1 January 2026 the import, manufacture and trade of single-use plastic beverage cups and lids is prohibited in the UAE, alongside plastic cutlery, plates, straws, stirrers and Styrofoam food containers. Paper, fibre, aluminium, wood and reusable options are the usual replacements. See our guide to the rules.
Do you deliver disposable cups outside Sharjah?
Yes, to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, as well as throughout Sharjah. Delivery is included on bulk orders of stocked items.
Send us your cup list
The quickest way to start is to send the list you already have — a menu's worth of sizes, or last month's invoices. Open our enquiry window and choose Bulk / Wholesale: you can type the items, or attach a PDF, Excel file, Word document or a photo. Our team replies on WhatsApp, checks every line against stock in the Sharjah warehouse, sources the lines we do not hold, and flags any line where the closest match differs in size, material or print before you commit. You can also call +971 6 526 6504, email [email protected], or send it through the WhatsApp inquiry button on this site.
