Commercial Kitchen Equipment Supplier in the UAE
Commercial kitchen equipment is bought once, installed once and then lived with for years, so the two things that matter are getting the right line for your menu and getting a supplier who will answer the phone when something fails at service. Bait Al Diafa supplies commercial kitchens across the UAE from our warehouse in Al Sharq, Sharjah: cooking lines, ovens, fryers, griddles, refrigeration, food holding, warewashing, preparation machines, ice machines and water treatment, for restaurants, hotels, cafés, bakeries, cloud kitchens, caterers and canteens in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the country.
Have an equipment schedule or a BOQ already? Send us the list as a PDF, Excel file or photo and we will work through it line by line. For a whole venue from empty unit to opening day, see restaurant setup.

How an equipment order actually runs
Nobody buys a commercial kitchen in a single afternoon. The order usually arrives as a spreadsheet from a consultant, a builder or an equipment planner, and the work is in making it buildable on your site. Our process:
- You send the schedule, with quantities, and any brand or model you have been told to use.
- We check every line against stock held in Sharjah and tell you which are available now and which we source for you, with a lead time for each.
- We flag anything that does not match. Where a line differs in size, capacity, material or brand from what the schedule asks for, we do not silently substitute — we show you the closest equivalent beside it and let you decide.
- We check the site constraints with you before anything is delivered: electrical supply and phases, gas and ventilation, drainage and water, door widths and lift access, and floor loading for walk-ins.
- We deliver in one coordinated drop where the schedule allows it, or in stages that follow your build programme, into Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the other emirates.
- We stay reachable afterwards, and faulty or wrong items reported within 48 hours of delivery are replaced. See our return policy.
What to settle before you order equipment
- Size to the menu, not the room. A grill-led kitchen and a pastry-led kitchen need different lines in the same floor space. Covers per hour is a better guide than square metres.
- Power and gas are the first constraint. Check the electrical load, phases, and gas supply and ventilation before the equipment is chosen, not after it arrives.
- Warewashing needs plumbing early. A dishwasher fixes where its water, drainage and power sit. It is the hardest thing to move later.
- Keep refrigeration near its use. Undercounter units at each cooking station save a great deal of walking during service.
- Match the pan standard. Decide early whether the kitchen runs on gastronorm pans or on round pans, because it decides your storage, your ovens, your bain-maries and your trolleys. Our GN pan sizes guide covers the sizes and depths.
- Plan the smallwares last, but not late. Tongs, pans and containers are quick to supply, but a missing one stops a station on opening day.
- Agree handover and training before delivery: who installs, who commissions, and who is shown how the machine works.
For hotels, caterers and facility management
Hotel kitchens, central production kitchens and catering operations often equip several sites to one specification so staff and spare parts move between them. We supply against a fixed list rather than a one-off order, and we supply the smallwares, disposables, tabletop and janitorial lines those kitchens run out of afterwards. For that kind of standing order, see our wholesale and trade supply service.

Frequently asked questions
Where can I buy commercial kitchen equipment in Dubai?
Bait Al Diafa supplies commercial kitchen equipment from its warehouse in Al Sharq, Sharjah, with delivery into Dubai, Abu Dhabi and all seven emirates. Trade buyers can also visit the warehouse to view equipment in person.
Do you supply restaurant equipment to Abu Dhabi?
Yes. We deliver commercial kitchen equipment from Sharjah to Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE, on the same terms as any other order.
Can you supply a whole restaurant kitchen from one order?
Yes. Send your equipment schedule or BOQ; we check every line against our Sharjah stock, source the rest, flag any line where the closest match differs from what you specified, and deliver it together. We also handle fit-out.
How long does it take to get restaurant equipment delivered?
It depends on the line. Items we hold in Sharjah move quickly; equipment we source has its own lead time, which we give you line by line when we check your schedule rather than quoting one time for the whole order.
Do you deliver and install commercial kitchen equipment?
We deliver into Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE. Tell us what your builder or installer is handling and we will coordinate the delivery to suit their programme.
Can I visit to see the equipment before I buy?
Yes. Our warehouse in Al Sharq, Sharjah is open to trade buyers Monday to Saturday. Call ahead so the equipment you want to see is ready when you arrive.
