Coffee Kiosk & Juice Bar Setup
in Dubai, Sharjah,
Abu Dhabi & the UAE
We set up coffee kiosks, juice bars and drive-through counters end to end: kiosk design and fit-out, espresso and juice equipment, compact refrigeration, POS and CCTV, takeaway packaging with your logo, and restocking.
A kiosk has a few square metres to serve a queue. We plan every centimetre of the counter around your menu and your busiest hour.

The scope
What a coffee kiosk setup covers
Take all of it, or only the parts you need. Most customers start with equipment and supplies, then keep us for consumables.
Menu, site and queue
We start with the menu and the site: a mall unit, an office lobby, a drive-through or a street kiosk. The busiest hour decides the machine, the number of grinders and how much ice and cold storage you need.
A counter that serves fast
Ordering, making and pick-up in a straight line, so one or two people can serve a queue. Built to the landlord's or mall's design rules, with storage hidden under the counter.
Coffee and juice equipment
Espresso machine, grinders, water filtration, batch brewer, juicers, blenders and citrus presses, sized for the power and water the unit has.
Compact refrigeration
Under-counter fridges for milk and fruit, a small display chiller for bottled drinks and snacks, and an ice machine or ice storage that fits.
POS and CCTV
A POS system set up with your menu, a cash drawer and receipt printer, card payments and CCTV covering the counter and the till.
Takeaway packaging and restocking
Hot and cold cups, lids, sleeves, carriers, straws and napkins, printed with your logo, then delivered on a regular schedule.

How it works
From first message to opening day
You don't need a finished equipment list. Send a menu, a floor plan, an old list, or just the concept — we build the requirement around what you're actually opening.
Tell us the concept
A menu, a floor plan, an old equipment list — or just the idea and the location.
We build the list
We turn it into a requirement list scaled to your covers and your menu.
Review and confirm
We review suitable options with you and confirm the equipment list against your menu, expected covers and space.
Supply
Stocked items ship quickly; specified equipment we flag early for lead time.
Coordinate setup
Fit-out and deliveries sequenced so the room is ready when the equipment lands.
Restock after you open
Disposables, cleaning supplies and replacements on a regular delivery.
Timeline
How long a kiosk setup takes
A coffee kiosk or juice bar typically takes about six to ten weeks from design to opening. These are typical durations, not promises: the unit, approvals and equipment lead times decide yours.
-
Menu, site and design
About 1 to 3 weeksWe agree the menu and the site and design the counter, including any drawings the landlord or mall needs.
-
Fit-out
About 3 to 5 weeksCounter, joinery, signage, power and water. Equipment is ordered at the start so it is ready when the counter is.
-
Equipment and systems
Final weekMachines are installed and calibrated, the POS and CCTV are set up and the packaging arrives.
-
Trial and opening
A few daysStaff practise the menu on the real machines, then you open. We restock you from the first week.
We supply it, not just specify it

Why kiosk owners run it through one team
One coordinated requirement list
Splitting a setup across an equipment dealer, a packaging supplier, a cleaning company and a branding agency means four lead times and four people to chase when something slips.
Fewer compatibility mistakes
The gastronorm pans match the refrigeration. The cups match the lids. The counter is built for the machine you are buying.
Equipment and consumables together
We specify equipment we will still be serving you consumables for in two years, so it is not in our interest to sell you the wrong thing.
Supply continues after opening
The same account and the same delivery keeps you stocked once you are trading — not a handover and goodbye.
Not sure yet?
You don't need the equipment list to start
Most people who message us have a concept and a location, not a specification. That's enough. Send us any of these and we'll build the requirement around it:
- Your menu, even a draft
- A floor plan or the unit size
- An equipment list from a designer or consultant
- Photos of an existing venue you are upgrading
- Just the concept and the emirate

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you set up complete coffee kiosks and juice bars?
Yes. We handle the kiosk design and fit-out, coffee and juice equipment, compact refrigeration, POS and CCTV, and takeaway packaging with your logo, then restock you once you open. You can also use us for the equipment or the packaging only.
What equipment does a coffee kiosk need?
Usually an espresso machine, one or two grinders, water filtration, under-counter fridges, an ice machine or ice bin, barista tools and takeaway packaging. A juice bar adds a commercial juicer, a citrus press and blenders. The checklist on this page lists it area by area.
How long does it take to set up a kiosk in a Dubai mall?
Typically about six to ten weeks from design to opening. Mall design approval and the fit-out take most of that time, so we order equipment at the start.
Can the equipment run on a kiosk's limited power and water?
We check the unit's power and water before choosing machines, and size the espresso machine, fridges and ice machine to what the kiosk can supply.
Can you print our cups and packaging?
Yes: hot and cold cups, sleeves, carriers, bags and napkins with your logo.
Can I send you my menu?
Yes, and it is the most useful thing you can send. The menu decides the cooking line, the refrigeration and most of the smallwares.
Can I send a floor plan?
Yes. A plan or even the unit size lets us size the counter, the back-of-house and the refrigeration properly.
Can I send an existing equipment list?
Yes. If a designer or consultant has given you a list, we can review it and flag items that appear over- or under-specified for your menu and venue.
Which emirates do you cover?
Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and across the wider UAE.
Can you supply branded packaging with our logo?
Yes — custom-printed cups, food boxes, napkins and carrier bags. If you do not have a logo yet, we can create one.
Do you restock after opening?
Yes, and most customers do: disposables, cleaning supplies, charcoal and replacement smallwares on a regular delivery.
Opening a kiosk? Send us your menu and the site.
Menu, floor plan, equipment list, or just the concept — we can start from there.
