We describe products as accurately as we can. Pictures are for illustration, and sizes, colours and specifications can vary slightly between batches or from the manufacturer's data. If a detail matters for your use, ask us before ordering.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may contact you to confirm availability, delivery details or the delivery charge before dispatch. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and you will not be charged for it.

VAT and delivery charges

Returns and refunds

See our return policy: damaged, faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded when reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Use of products

Commercial equipment must be installed and used as the manufacturer instructs, by qualified people where required (for example gas and electrical connections). We are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect installation or use.

Website content, including text and images, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You may not use the website for unlawful purposes or try to disrupt it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the goods concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction.
