Durable Construction
Each component is made of 18-8 stainless steel for long-lasting durability. Plus, the stainless steel material will not pit or discolor and it will not color delicate foods or retain flavors.
Double Boiler Bottom
The double boiler bottom features a welded handle for added strength and a hanging loop for convenient storage options.
Inset
Designed with rounded corners for easy stirring, this inset also fits snug inside the boiler bottom to speed up the cooking process.
Cover
The cover is perfect for keeping contaminants out of your double boiler and it also helps hold in heat during the cooking process.
Easy to Use
Great for a variety of cooking techniques, this cylindrical cookware has an inner and outer container to help you with temperature-sensitive tasks. Simply fill the outer pot with water and heat it over a stovetop. When you place your ingredients in the inner pot, they will heat gently rather than burn because they aren't as close to the heat of the burner.
