This Vikan table squeegee is the ideal water-removing solution for areas that require the highest level of sanitation. This food-safe unit is designed for removing excess water and food debris from food preparation surfaces. It has a fully molded single blade, which eliminates cracks and spaces in the design. With no places for dirt and microbes to hide on or within the unit, this squeegee remains easy to clean.
This squeegee features a polypropylene body with a soft, flexible TPE rubber blade. The handle ensures ergonomic use and includes a hanging hole for convenient storage and drying. The white color allows this squeegee to be used as part of an HACCP color-coded system to prevent cross-contamination in your kitchen. It is recommended not to store this unit in freezing temperatures.
