Vague Square Mesh Bin
Product Details
The Vague square mesh bin is an open, lightweight bin with a breathable mesh body, intended for paper and dry waste only. The mesh is functional rather than decorative: it lets air through so paper does not trap moisture, and it lets staff see at a glance whether the bin needs emptying.

Who it suits
Intended for offices, study areas and bedrooms — anywhere waste is paper. It must not be used for food waste or anything wet: with no lid and an open mesh body, liquids leak and odours are uncontained. Any area handling food needs a lidded, solid-bodied bin instead.
Common questions
Can it be used for food waste?
No. It has no lid and an open mesh body, so liquids escape and odour is uncontained. Use a lidded solid bin for anything wet.
Why choose a square bin?
A square body sits flush against a wall or into a corner, which uses less floor space than a round bin of the same capacity.
Does it need a liner?
For paper waste it can be used without one. A liner defeats the airflow the mesh provides, though it does keep dust in.
Is mesh harder to clean than a solid bin?
Dust collects in the mesh, so it needs an occasional wipe or rinse. For dry paper waste that is infrequent.
