Common questions

Trays and serving boards
Trays carry food and drinks from kitchen to table and hold displays on the buffet; non-slip surfaces help with drinks, and acrylic, steel and wood each suit a different look.

What is it used for?
Table service, room service and serving mains or desserts.

How is it cleaned?
Warm soapy water, or the dishwasher where the maker allows it; avoid abrasive pads, which scratch plastic.

What are its care and use ratings?
The maker lists it as dishwasher-safe and stackable.

How should food be arranged?
Leave space around each item and refill from the kitchen rather than piling high; smaller trays refilled often look fresher.
