Vague 5 Liter Stainless Steel Rectangular Pedal Bin Matt Finish
Product Details
A Vague 5-litre rectangular pedal bin in matt-finish stainless steel, measuring 29.2 x 14 x 30 cm. The rectangular body is the practical choice over round at this size: at only 14 cm deep it sits flat against a wall or slots between fittings where a round bin of the same capacity would protrude.

Who it suits
Suits washrooms, small offices and hotel bathrooms where floor space is tight and the bin must sit flush against a wall or beside a vanity. The matt finish hides fingerprints far better than mirror-polished stainless, which is why it is the sensible choice for guest-facing positions. It is not a kitchen bin: 5 litres fills within minutes of food prep.
Common questions
Why rectangular rather than round?
At 14 cm deep it sits flat against a wall and fits between fittings. A round 5-litre bin protrudes further into the room.
Does the matt finish need less cleaning?
It hides fingerprints and water marks much better than polished stainless, so it looks clean for longer between wipes.
Is 5 litres suitable for a kitchen?
No. A kitchen fills 5 litres almost immediately. Use 30 litres or more back of house.
Does the pedal keep the lid open?
Yes, the lid stays open while the pedal is pressed and closes when released, which is what keeps the operation hands-free.
