Common questions

Which filter papers does it use?
A V60-style size 02 dripper is normally paired with matching size 02 cone paper filters. Check the size printed on the filter packet before buying a supply.

How do I clean a ceramic dripper?
Rinse it with warm water after every brew and wash with mild detergent daily. Avoid hard knocks, which can chip the glaze.

Which colour should I choose?
The black dripper is a matter of taste. A row of drippers in different colours can also help baristas tell brew stations apart at a busy bar.
