Common questions

Jugs and pitchers for service
Water jugs for the table, juice pitchers for breakfast, and carafes for pouring at the buffet; a lid or ice guard keeps pouring tidy.

How should glass be handled?
Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as boiling water into a cold glass; wash it in a glass rack and store it so rims do not knock together.

How is it cleaned?
Wash it after each service, including lid and spout; a bottle brush reaches the base of tall jugs.

Can it hold hot drinks?
Use it for cold drinks unless the maker lists it as heat-resistant.
