Common questions

Thermal rolls: reading the size
The first number is the paper width, the second the roll diameter. Width must match the printer exactly; a smaller diameter just means changing rolls more often.

Will it fit my card machine?
57 mm is the standard width for most card terminals; check the roll diameter your device takes.

Does it need ink?
No, the printer heats the paper to print.

How should rolls be stored?
Away from heat and sunlight, which darken thermal paper.
