A Sunkist commercial citrus juicer running at 150 RPM, supplied with three cone sizes to suit different citrus, with a surgical stainless steel bowl and strainer, non-slip feet and a splash guard. Who it suits

For bars, cafes and restaurants juicing to order across several citrus types rather than running high-volume orange service. The low 150 RPM is deliberate — slow pressing extracts juice without tearing the pith, which is what makes juice bitter. For continuous orange volume, an automatic feed machine is faster.

Common questions

Why only 150 RPM?
Slow pressing avoids grinding the pith, which releases bitterness. Speed is not an advantage in citrus juicing.

What citrus does it handle?
All common sizes, using the three supplied cones, from limes through to grapefruit.

Is it suitable for high volume?
It juices one fruit at a time by hand. For continuous service, an automatic feed juicer is considerably faster.

How easy is it to clean?
It is designed for simple assembly and disassembly, and the bowl and strainer are stainless steel, which matters for a machine cleaned daily.
