Common questions

How do I choose a cake box size?
Allow at least 2–3 cm around the cake board and 2–3 cm above the tallest decoration, so nothing touches the sides or lid. Tall boxes suit tiered and decorated cakes; a clear lid or window shows the cake without opening the box. Keep boxed cakes cool: UAE heat softens buttercream fast, so carry them in an air-conditioned car, never the boot.

What size cake does it fit?
Allow 2–3 cm clearance around the board and above the decoration.

Is it food safe?
It is sold for packing cakes; use a cake board inside.

Is it flat-packed?
Cake boxes are usually supplied flat and folded when needed.

Does it keep cakes cold?
No; keep boxed cakes chilled or air-conditioned.
