Common questions
Facial tissue: what the specification means
Ply is the number of layers pressed together: 2-ply is the usual hospitality standard, soft enough for guests and strong enough not to tear when damp. Soft n Cool tissues are made in the UAE from virgin pulp rather than recycled fibre, which is what keeps them white and lint-free.
Why 2-ply rather than 3-ply?
2-ply is the standard for daily use: soft, absorbent and economical on space in a room or on a desk. 3-ply is mostly reserved for premium suites.
Is the box pop-up?
Yes, the tissues are interfolded so the next sheet rises as one is pulled.
How should boxes be stored?
In a dry place away from damp walls; tissue absorbs moisture from the air.
