Common questions
Facial tissue: what the specification means
Ply is the number of layers pressed together: 2-ply is the usual hospitality standard, soft enough for guests and strong enough not to tear when damp. Soft n Cool tissues are made in the UAE from virgin pulp rather than recycled fibre, which keeps them white and lint-free.
How does 150 sheets compare with 200?
A 150-sheet box is slimmer, suited to desks and rooms with lighter use.
Is 2-ply suitable for guests?
Yes, it is the usual hospitality standard.
How should boxes be stored?
Dry, away from damp walls.
