Common questions

Tools for charcoal grills and shawarma counters
Grill baskets hold meat, fish and vegetables so a whole batch turns at once over the coals. Bamboo skewers are single use and should be soaked before grilling; metal skewers are reusable, and flat or spring blades stop pieces spinning. Long tongs keep hands clear when arranging lit charcoal. Pair them with our restaurant-grade charcoal.

What fits in it?
Meat, kebabs, chicken pieces, fish and vegetables, laid flat and closed in so the batch turns in one move.

Can it be used over charcoal?
Yes, over charcoal and wood fires and on gas grills; keep the handle away from the heat.

How is it cleaned?
Soak in hot soapy water, scrub with a grill brush and dry it straight away so it does not rust.
