Common questions

Queue barriers and stanchions
Stanchions with retractable belts or ropes guide queues at hotel receptions, restaurants, banks, clinics, events and airports. Belt posts are quick to move and reconfigure; polished posts with velvet or twisted ropes suit VIP entrances, galas and red-carpet events; interlocking metal barriers hold back crowds outdoors.

How are they connected?
Retractable belts clip into the receiver on the next post; ropes hook onto the rings on the posts; metal barriers interlock end to end.

Can they be used outdoors?
Belt and rope stanchions are made for indoor floors; outdoors, keep them out of strong wind or use metal barriers.

How are they cleaned?
Wipe posts with a soft, dry cloth, brush velvet ropes, and avoid abrasive cleaners on polished finishes.

Where are they used?
Receptions, queues, entrances, cinemas, museums and events.
