Common questions

Choosing glassware
Size glassware to the drink and the setting: small tumblers for juice and water with meals, highballs for soft drinks, stemware for mocktails and desserts, and polycarbonate where glass is a risk. Keep spares so breakages are easy to replace.

What is a 60 ml glass for?
Shots and tasting pours.

How should glass be handled?
Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as boiling water into a cold glass; wash it in a glass rack and store it so rims do not knock together.

How should glasses be stored?
Upside down on a bar mat or in glass racks, and never stacked unless designed to stack, so rims do not chip.

How are water spots avoided?
Use rinse aid in the glasswasher and polish with a lint-free cloth while the glass is still warm.
