Common questions

Facial tissue: what the specification means
Ply is the number of layers pressed together: 2-ply is the usual hospitality standard, soft enough for guests and strong enough not to tear when damp. Soft n Cool tissues are made in the UAE from virgin pulp rather than recycled fibre, which is what keeps them white and lint-free.

Are the paper cups for hot drinks?
Yes, single-wall paper cups are made for tea, coffee and karak. For very hot drinks held for long, add a sleeve or use a double-wall cup.

Can the cups hold cold drinks?
Yes, for short service; paper cups are not meant to hold iced drinks for hours.

Where are the tissues made?
Soft n Cool tissues are made in the UAE from virgin pulp.
