Common questions

Flasks and bottles
Vacuum flasks keep coffee and tea hot for service in majlis, offices and events; bottles carry water and juice. Preheat a flask with hot water for the best heat retention.

How long does it keep drinks hot?
Preheat it with hot water for a few minutes before filling and keep the lid closed between pours.

How is it cleaned?
Rinse with warm water and a little bicarbonate of soda to lift coffee and tea stains; do not soak the outside of a vacuum flask.

Is it leak-proof?
Keep it upright when full unless the maker lists it as leak-proof.
