Common questions
Wire shelving
Open wire shelving lets air circulate around stock in dry stores and back-of-house, and the shelves clip onto the posts at the heights you need; stainless or coated versions go into walk-in chillers.
Can the shelf heights be changed?
Yes; the shelves clip onto the posts and can be moved to the heights you need.
Can it go in a cold room?
Chrome suits dry stores; for walk-in chillers and wet areas choose a stainless or coated finish, which resists rust.
How is it cleaned?
Wipe with warm water and mild detergent and dry; avoid chlorine and abrasive pads.
