Marco Ecoboiler Countertop Automatic Water Boiler

A Marco Ecoboiler countertop automatic water boiler, supplied in several capacities with packed weights from 10 to 22 kg, connecting via a BSP fitting. Automatic here means plumbed and self-filling — the boiler maintains its own level rather than being topped up by hand, which is what separates it from a manual-fill urn.

Who it suits

For cafes, offices and hotel service points serving tea and instant drinks all day, where manual filling is both a labour cost and a scalding risk. Choose capacity by peak demand rather than daily total: the figure that matters is how much hot water you need at once, not over a shift.

Common questions

Do I need water filtration in the UAE?
Yes. UAE mains and desalinated supply are hard, and scale is the single most common cause of failure in any water-heating equipment. Filtration costs a fraction of a replacement boiler or element, and most manufacturer warranties expect it. Treat it as part of the installation rather than an accessory.

What does automatic mean on a water boiler?
It is plumbed in and maintains its own water level. A manual-fill urn has to be topped up by hand, which is slower and carries a scalding risk.

Which capacity should I choose?
Size by peak demand, not daily total. The relevant question is how much hot water you need simultaneously at your busiest point.

What connection does it need?
A BSP water fitting. Confirm the exact size for your chosen capacity when ordering.

Does it need a filter?
Yes. Scale from hard UAE water is the main cause of element failure in water boilers.
