Common questions

Cotton or microfibre, cut end or looped end?
Cotton holds a lot of water and suits heavy wet mopping and spills. Microfibre picks up finer dirt and bacteria with less water and dries faster. Looped ends resist fraying and lint, so they last longer through washing than cut ends. Heavier heads cover more floor per dip but are more tiring to use.

Does it include a handle?
No, it is the head only.

Will it fit my holder?
It fits standard holders for this head type; check yours.

How should it be washed?
Hot, without fabric softener.

When should it be replaced?
When it stops absorbing or starts to smell after washing.
