Who it suits

For live cooking stations, buffet finishing and kitchens adding a high-output hob without a gas connection. Induction puts almost all its energy into the pan rather than the room, which in UAE kitchens also eases the air-conditioning load. The absolute requirement remains ferrous cookware — aluminium and copper will not heat.

Common questions

Is 3500 W enough to replace a gas burner?
For most pan work, yes. Induction transfers heat far more efficiently than gas, so the wattage is not directly comparable.

What pans will work?
Only ferrous cookware. Test with a magnet: if it sticks firmly to the base, the pan will work.

What supply does it need?
3500 W at 220 V is a substantial single-phase load. Confirm the circuit rating before installing.

Is the glass panel durable?
Crystal glass panels tolerate normal commercial use but can crack under heavy impact. Avoid dropping cast iron onto the surface.
