Common questions

Commercial rice cookers
A commercial rice cooker cooks large batches of rice and switches to warm when done, so rice is ready and hot through service without watching a pot.

How much rice does it cook?
The capacity is in its title; allow room for the rice to swell.

How is it cleaned?
Let it cool, wash the inner pot with a soft sponge and wipe the lid and body.

Does it keep rice warm?
Yes; it switches to warm when cooking ends. Serve rice within a few hours for quality and food safety.
