Common questions
Floor and surface cleaning chemicals
Neutral cleaners are for daily mopping of sealed floors and surfaces; alkaline degreasers cut heavy soil; acid products remove limescale; strippers and polymer finishes are for periodic floor restoration. Use the mildest product that does the job, dilute it as directed, and rinse where the label says to.
How is it used?
Spray or apply with an applicator, then squeegee or wipe with a clean microfibre cloth.
Why do windows streak?
Too much product, a dirty cloth or a worn squeegee rubber; use a little product and a clean cloth.
How should it be stored?
Closed, upright, out of direct sun and out of reach of children, in its original labelled container.
