Who it suits

For restaurants and cafés with narrower kitchens, where 700-series depth keeps the aisle workable. It carries less output than the 900-series equivalent (29.5 kW against 44 kW), which suits moderate volume. Match it to other 700-series modules in the same line.

Common questions

What should I check on a gas range?
Three things before the burner count. First, the total gas rating, which sets your gas supply and extraction. Second, the depth: 700-series ranges are around 730 mm deep and 900-series around 900 mm, and the two do not line up in one cooking suite. Third, flame-failure protection, which cuts the gas if a flame goes out.

How does it differ from the 900-series?
Shallower at 730 mm and lower total output at 29.5 kW against 44 kW.

Can it sit next to 900-series units?
Not flush. Keep a cooking line within one series.

What size pans does the oven take?
GN 2/1.

What gas supply is needed?
29.5 kW in total.
