Common questions

Cooking ranges and burners
Open-burner ranges are the heart of most kitchens; high-output burners suit woks and stock pots, and an oven below adds roasting and baking.

What connection does it need?
A gas supply fitted by a certified installer, under a ventilated extraction hood; confirm LPG or natural gas when ordering so the jets match. The maker rates it at 20 KW, 17200 kcal.h incorporating 2 mm thick worktop.

Does it need extraction?
Yes, it should stand under an extraction hood with fire suppression as local rules require.

How is it cleaned?
Lift off pan supports and burner caps once cool, degrease and dry before refitting.

How is it maintained?
Clean it daily as the manual sets out and book preventive servicing, which keeps it efficient and protects the warranty.
