Common questions
Why a pedal bin in a food area?
Hands-free opening means staff never touch the lid with hands that are about to handle food, which is a basic food-safety expectation in UAE kitchens. A lid that closes by itself also contains odour and keeps flies out. Choose a size that fills in a shift, not over several days.
How much does it hold?
67 litres.
How does it open?
Foot pedal.
What size bag fits?
Measure the bin; the bag width should be about half its circumference.
How should it be cleaned?
Empty, wash with detergent, rinse and dry. Plastic tolerates regular disinfection.
