Common questions

Cleaning or disinfecting?
Cleaning removes dirt; disinfecting kills germs. A disinfectant works on a surface that is already clean and needs its full contact time, the minutes it stays wet, to work.

What floors?
Washable hard floors.

How much to use?
Dilute as directed.

Which size is this?
Confirm when ordering.

Does it disinfect?
Check the label; use a disinfectant where required.

Should the floor be rinsed?
Not usually at the correct dilution; rinse if residue makes it slippery.
