Common questions

Cups for coffee and tea service
Cup size matters for coffee: espresso needs a small, thick-walled cup that holds heat, cappuccino needs room for foam, and lattes need a larger cup or glass. Matching saucers keep service tidy and stack with the cups.

What are its care and use ratings?
The maker lists it as dishwasher-safe and oven-safe.

Why warm the cups?
A warm cup keeps coffee at temperature longer; keep espresso and cappuccino cups on the machine's cup warmer.

How many should a café stock?
Enough for peak hour plus a dishwasher cycle, usually two to three per seat.
