Common questions

Edible prints and papers
Edible sheets and wafer paper carry printed images or are cut into flowers and shapes; they sit on buttercream, fondant or ganache and let a cake carry a photo or a logo.

How is it applied?
Peel it from the backing, lay it on fresh buttercream or on fondant brushed lightly with water, and smooth gently.

How should it be stored?
Sealed, flat and away from humidity and sunlight.

Can it go in the fridge?
Chilling can make prints sweat; add them close to serving where you can.

Can it be used on whipped cream?
It softens on wet toppings; place it on buttercream, ganache or fondant for the sharpest print.
