Who it suits

For offices, waiting areas, small hotels and staff canteens needing unattended coffee all day. The 13 A plug means it installs on a standard socket, unlike plumbed commercial machines. Watch the daily rating: a site genuinely serving more than 100 cups a day will wear this machine out early and needs a heavier-duty model.

Common questions

What is the difference between 70 per hour and 100 per day?
70 per hour is the maximum burst rate; 100 per day is what the machine is built to sustain. Exceeding the daily figure regularly shortens its life.

Does it need plumbing?
No, it has a 4 litre internal tank, which is why it installs on a standard 13 A socket without a water connection.

How often does the grounds container need emptying?
Every 30 servings. In an office that is typically daily; in a busier setting, more often.

Is it suitable for a cafe?
No. A cafe selling coffee as its product needs an espresso machine and a barista. This is for unattended self-service settings.
