Common questions

Paper baking moulds
Paper baking moulds go straight from oven to shop window: bake, cool and sell in the same mould, with no tins to wash.

Do they need a tin?
Rigid self-standing moulds bake on a tray without a tin; thin cases need a muffin tray.

How full should they be?
About two-thirds, so the bake rises to the rim without spilling.

How should it be stored?
Sealed in its carton, dry, off the floor and away from heat and direct sun, which warp plastics and fade print.

How should they be stored?
Flat and dry in their pack, away from humidity.
