CONVEYOR DISHWASHER WITH DRYER

A Dihr conveyor dishwasher with integrated dryer, running left to right at 100 baskets per hour with an 85°C rinse, powered at 23.83 kW on 400 V three-phase. Conveyor machines are a different category from rack machines: baskets feed continuously rather than in batches, which is what sustains throughput through a long service without a wash-up bottleneck.

Who it suits

Built for hotels, banqueting operations and large restaurants where wash-up runs continuously and a batch machine would create a queue. Two things need checking before specifying: the machine is nearly two metres long and needs that run of space, and the flow direction is fixed left to right, which must match your wash-up layout.

Common questions

Why does flow direction matter?
This machine runs left to right. If your wash-up is laid out the other way, staff work against the flow, so confirm direction against the room before ordering.

What does the integrated dryer add?
It removes the hand-drying step, so items come out ready to stack. In high-volume operations that is a meaningful labour saving.

How much space does it need?
Nearly 2 metres long at 1980 mm, plus loading and unloading space at each end.

Is 100 baskets an hour realistic?
It is the rated throughput with continuous feeding. Actual rate depends on how consistently baskets are loaded and cleared.
