Common questions

What power supply does it need?
Single-phase 220–240 V, the standard UAE supply (230v/50hz/2.2kw); high-power models need a dedicated circuit.

Does it need water and drainage?
Many models connect to a water supply and drain, others work from a tank; check the model. UAE water is hard, so a filter protects it from scale.

How is it cleaned?
Run the built-in cleaning programmes daily with the maker's cleaning tablets, and clean the milk system after every service.

Does it need a grinder?
No. The grinder is built in: you fill the bean hopper.
