Common questions

Espresso machines
Espresso machines are chosen by group count and boiler: one group for small cafés, two or three for busy ones; multi-boiler machines hold stable temperatures for specialty coffee.

Does it need water and drainage?
Yes. It needs a water supply and a drain point near where it will stand; UAE water is hard, so a softener or filter protects it from scale.

How is it cleaned?
Backflush the groups daily and clean the steam wands after every use.

Does it need a grinder?
Yes, pair it with a commercial espresso grinder for fresh coffee.
