Common questions

Polycarbonate GN containers
Clear polycarbonate is tough and shatter-resistant, and staff can see what is inside: the usual choice for cold holding, storage and display. Do not put it in an oven or on direct heat.

Which GN size do I need?
GN sizes are fractions of the 1/1 size (530 × 325 mm): halves, thirds, quarters, sixths and ninths combine to fill one opening.

Do the lids fit other brands?
Standard GN containers share footprints, but lids are best matched to the same brand and material for a tight fit.

Can it go in the freezer and dishwasher?
Yes, polycarbonate GN containers handle freezing and commercial dishwashers; avoid abrasive pads that scratch the surface.
