Common questions

Batch brewer or espresso machine for filter coffee?
A batch brewer makes litres of filter coffee in a few minutes with no barista skill needed, which suits breakfast service, meetings and banqueting. An espresso machine makes drinks one at a time. Most hotels and busy cafés run both: the brewer for volume, the espresso machine for milk drinks.

Does it need plumbing?
No, it is a pour-over brewer.

Are decanters included?
No, they are sold separately.

How many warmers?
Two, so one pot holds while another brews.

What does demo item mean?
It has been out of carton. Confirm condition and warranty.
