Compared to full size doors, half doors reduce the amount of cold air that escapes when opened.

Made of glass, each door provides immediate visibility. Along with the bright LED lighting, this makes it fast and easy to locate and retrieve product. Plus, each door includes a 120 degree stay-open feature and a magnetic gasket for a secure seal. For durability, the entire cabinet is stainless steel, meaning that the inevitable spill or leak won't damage the floor. The interior also includes 3 shelves per section to help your staff organize ingredients.

Using a 1/4 hp compressor, the refrigerator circulates eco-friendly R290 refrigerant for consistent temperatures between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. R290 is a specialized refrigerant that has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. Combined with a full electronic control and automatic defrost, this makes the unit efficient and easy to operate. It even includes a one-piece grill that's easy to remove for preventative maintenance. Plus, to clean around the refrigerator, simply roll it aside on its 3" heavy-duty casters. Two casters feature brakes to hold the unit in place during use. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.
