Common questions
Bellman luggage trolleys
A bellman trolley carries guests' cases from the entrance to the room in one trip: the carpeted deck protects luggage, the top rail takes garment bags on hangers, and large soft wheels roll quietly over marble and carpet.
How should it be loaded?
Heavy cases flat on the deck, lighter bags on top and garment bags on the rail, so it stays stable.
How is it cleaned?
Wipe the frame with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive polish, and vacuum the carpet deck.
How is it maintained?
Check the wheels and bearings regularly and clear any thread or hair caught around the axles.
