Which gas does it use?
LPG from a cylinder, through a regulator and hose; keep the cylinder upright and away from the flame.

How is it used safely?
In a well-ventilated area, never unattended; check hose joints for leaks with soapy water, never with a flame.

How is it cleaned?
Let it cool, lift off the pan supports and burner caps, wash them and dry fully before refitting.
